Geographic Restrictions
To stay aligned with international regulations and ensure a compliant environment, Swing has put into action the following measures:
Users connecting from the United States and Canada: only swap and transfer transactions are permitted. Contract calls, deposits and staking transactions are not allowed for these users.
Users connecting from any OFAC-listed countries: are not permitted to execute mainnet transactions involving real funds via Swing.

OFAC-listed countries and regions We restrict users from the following countries or regions, as pinpointed by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC):
- Nations of the Balkans
- Belarus
- Burma
- China
- Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast)
- Cuba
- Democratic Republic of Congo
- Iran
- Iraq
- Liberia
- North Korea
- Sudan
- Syria
- Zimbabwe
Additionally, users singled out as a Specially Designated National by OFAC (referred to as a “Prohibited Person”) are also restricted.
